Emirates Logistics LLC is hiring a detail-oriented Customs Co-worker to support our Dubai customs documentation and operational team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with strong MS Excel skills, basic knowledge of Dubai Trade processes, and experience in data entry. You will play a key role in inbound and outbound document handling, BOE processing, and ensuring smooth customs compliance.Job Details

  • Process DP World payments on the same day of BOE/ED issuance
  • Merge inbound and outbound documents within 24 hours of availability
  • File non-remittance claims within 2 days of receiving final SWB
  • Create, organize, and save shipment files and outbound folders
  • Check and update BOE numbers and COK status in master files
  • Maintain shipment trackers and document logs (EL Master, ITM, Consumables Tracker)
  • Perform data entry of invoices and EDI files accurately and promptly
  • Collaborate with Inbound/Outbound teams to meet team KPIs
  • Ensure complete and correct documentation for all customs transactions
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Basic familiarity with Dubai Trade procedures
  • Accurate and fast data entry skills
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Organized, alert, and proactive in daily tasks
