Senior Technology Procurement Specialist - DP World - Dubai, UAE

• Source, evaluate and negotiate with technology vendors and solution partners for smart systems including CCTV, IT infrastructure and access control solutions
• Manage full procurement lifecycle from RFQ and tender preparation to bid evaluation, contract award and delivery follow-up
• Conduct market analysis on emerging technologies, pricing trends and supplier capabilities to maintain competitive advantage
• Develop and implement cost optimization strategies while maintaining performance and quality standards
• Lead commercial negotiations to secure favorable pricing, payment terms and service level agreements
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with key manufacturers and technology providers
• Ensure all procured materials and services meet ISO standards and company quality benchmarks
• Collaborate closely with engineering and technical teams to align procurement with project specifications
• Resolve supply chain challenges including delays, shortages and quality issues in coordination with stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, customs processes and international trade terms
• Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases within ERP systems
• Evaluate supplier performance and support onboarding of qualified new vendors
• Provide management reports on procurement KPIs, savings initiatives and category performance

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Business Administration
• Experience in technology procurement or smart solutions sourcing within Dubai, UAE
• Strong understanding of ELV systems, ICT infrastructure and smart building technologies
• Familiarity with UAE customs clearance procedures and incoterms
• Proficiency in SAP, Oracle Fusion or similar procurement systems
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills
