The Consultant Pediatric ENT Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive care to pediatric patients with ENT disorders, ensuring accurate diagnosis, effective treatment, and continuous monitoring to support long-term health and development.Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed evaluations of children with ear, nose, and throat conditions
- Diagnose and manage disorders such as ear infections, tonsillitis, hearing loss, and speech-related issues
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history
- Perform surgical procedures when required to address ENT conditions
- Provide expert consultation to other healthcare professionals on pediatric ENT cases
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
- Medical degree with specialization in Pediatrics and Otolaryngology
- Valid medical license or eligibility to practice in Dubai
- Western-trained education or clinical experience preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Consultant Pediatric ENT Specialist
- Strong knowledge of pediatric ENT procedures and best practices
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
