We are currently hiring a Swimming Instructor for a premium facility in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for passionate instructors to work in a high-end environment and grow their careers.Key Responsibilities:-Conduct individual & group swimming lessons for all skill levels-Develop personalized training plans and improve swimming techniques-Ensure safety, water supervision, and emergency readiness-Engage with clients and deliver excellent customer service-Promote swimming programs, lessons, and retail products-Lead aqua fitness / water-based group sessions-Maintain pool hygiene and coordinate with maintenance teamsRequirements:-2–5 years of experience as a Swimming Instructor/Coach (not lifeguard)-Certified Swimming Instructor (preferred)-Valid CPR & First Aid certification-Strong communication and customer engagement skills-Sales-driven mindset with ability to upsell programsPackages Include:-Salary: AED 4,500 to 5,000 + Commission (earn up to AED 12,000/month)-Paid annual leave + yearly air tickets + visa + medical insurance-Transport provided to the nearest metro station
