Cloud and Middleware Application Engineer - Dicetek LLC - Abu Dhabi, UAE

• Manage and support OpenShift container platforms including deployment, scaling, and administration.
• Administer AWS EKS clusters and handle Kubernetes deployments and autoscaling configurations using HPA.
• Perform Oracle Database 19c administration, performance tuning, and SQL development.
• Configure and manage Kong API Gateway including routing, authentication, and observability.
• Support Temenos Kony Fabric platform integrations and service orchestration workflows.
• Monitor and manage TIBCO ESB services and enterprise integration layers.
• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and automation workflows.
• Execute ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading activities.
• Provide debugging and support for React JS front-end applications.
• Manage messaging frameworks including MQ and topic-based messaging systems.
• Support IBM WebSphere administration and application deployment processes.
• Oversee REST API integrations, security configurations, and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate Android and iOS application publishing and release management processes.
• Maintain and support relational databases including Oracle and SQL Server.

• 4 to 5 years of IT experience with a banking technology background.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience handling enterprise application systems and technical infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations and system integration challenges.
• Experience managing cloud-native and containerized environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced service-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of quality control and system reliability standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
