- Achieve sales (CASA deposit) targets according to assigned KPIs and PAM targets through new business sales, referrals, and retention of relationships, primarily on the liability side.
- Responsible for achieving NTB (New-to-Bank) liabilities/deposit targets by identifying the target market and potential customers.
- Formulate strategies with well-articulated action plans to meet assigned business goals, increase the Bank’s share in business and deposits, understand competition, and consolidate and retain business relationships.
- Develop and leverage opportunities to increase sales to existing customers, maintaining adequate conversion rates and proactively cross-selling.
- Conduct outbound sales calls and proactively identify opportunities within the market to establish lead generation strategies.
- Build relationship-based portfolios and cover all banking requirements of the customer, ensuring KYC/AML compliance.
- Attend networking events to develop and deepen relationships, exploring customer needs with the aim of matching the Bank’s products to grow the deposit base.
- Ensure that EDD/CDD processes are managed in a timely manner in line with the Bank’s policy, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Obtain and record customer information after conducting due diligence as per regulatory guidelines and Bank policy, maintaining updated information/declarations, including FATCA and CRS.
- Identify and mitigate financial crime risks as per the Bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. Work closely with the compliance team to implement and monitor these policies.
- Promote the usage of ADCs (Alternate Delivery Channels) and adapt to technology initiatives rolled out by the Bank.
