Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with 2-5 years of experience in HR roles
Strong knowledge of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management
Good understanding of HR policies and labor regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems or HRIS tools
