- Design and build systems and tools for decision-making support
- Implement and evaluate algorithms and system components
- Conduct comparative performance evaluations and or user studies
- Maintain high standards of coding quality and reproducible experimentation
- Collaborate with team members on scoped research projects
- Present research progress, findings, and challenges clearly and concisely
- Prepare research outputs for publication and open-source release
- Meet project milestones and research deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- Strong experience in systems or tool building and algorithmic thinking
- Proficiency in Python and C++
- Experience with data management, SQL, and declarative programming
- Background in systems, HCI, or AI and machine learning through coursework or projects
