They must possess extensive experience in delivering an exceptional ultra-luxury experience to stakeholders and have a proven track record in effectively managing a team. The Assistant Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless and efficient finance operations while upholding the highest standards of guest satisfaction.About YouThe successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in the same discipline within the luxury hotel industry. You should have deep knowledge of hotel Payroll systems and an understanding about COA mapping, P&L statements, and reporting standards. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving business challenges as well as experience in team leadership are essential.Our brand is expanding faster than ever before.
