  • Originate and manage aviation finance transactions across global markets including airlines, lessors, airports, and service providers
  • Structure complex cross-border financing solutions aligned with client and market requirements
  • Conduct financial and market analysis to assess opportunities, risks, and industry trends
  • Develop and present transaction proposals including term sheets and mandate documentation
  • Maintain high portfolio credit quality and ensure compliance with internal risk frameworks
  • Build and strengthen relationships with global aviation clients and financial institutions
  • Lead deal negotiations and execution while ensuring optimal returns
  • Drive cross-selling opportunities across banking products and services
  • Monitor market developments and adjust strategies to maintain competitive positioning
  • Guide and support team members to ensure high performance and expertise
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline
  • Extensive experience in aviation finance, structured finance, or corporate banking
  • Strong understanding of global aviation markets and asset-based financing
  • Proven ability to originate and execute large-scale international transactions
  • Strong credit analysis, risk management, and financial structuring expertise
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
