- Support multiple automation and operational improvement projects across testing and pilot phases
- Coordinate purchase orders, vendor communication, and delivery tracking for project equipment
- Assist operations teams during pilot trials by providing on-floor project support and monitoring performance
- Record operational and testing data through Amazon internal systems and time-motion studies
- Provide project updates and coordinate office-hour discussions with teams during pilot rollouts
- Ensure compliance procedures are followed during testing phases for new operational ideas
- Prepare concept layouts and equipment designs using AutoCAD or similar design tools
- Develop prototypes using lab equipment including 3D printing machines
- Conduct physical testing and validation of new automation equipment before deployment
- Manage lab equipment operations and monitor usage requests from internal teams
- Perform basic troubleshooting of lab machines and automation equipment after training
- Coordinate lab readiness for internal and external visits, demonstrations, and project reviews
- Train team members on lab equipment usage and testing procedures
- Support site assessments and new equipment validation tests for operational environments
- Collaborate with vendors to build and expand a regional supplier base for automation solutions
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related technical discipline
- Basic knowledge of automation systems, control systems, or conveyor equipment
- Ability to manage multiple operational projects and testing activities simultaneously
- Strong coordination skills for vendor communication and equipment procurement
- Experience supporting engineering trials, prototype development, or equipment validation
- Comfortable working in laboratory environments and operational facilities
- Strong documentation, reporting, and data recording skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional operations and engineering teams
