Change Management Consultant, Abu DhabiOur client, a growing Global management consultancy are seeking an experienceda strategic and adaptable Change Management Consultant to support large-scale transformation programs.This position is suited to professionals with a background in high-performance environments such as management consulting or complex enterprise settings, especially those experienced in ERP or systems implementation projects.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to support adoption of new technologies, systems, and processes.
  • Conduct stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, and readiness plans across enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Create engaging communication strategies, training programs, and supporting materials for diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Lead workshops, training sessions, and leadership engagements with clarity and influence.
  • Advise client stakeholders on navigating change, building alignment, and overcoming resistance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including program managers, technical experts, and internal client stakeholders.
  • Monitor change effectiveness and proactively manage risks or barriers to successful adoption.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • 5 – 7 years of relevant experience in change management, ideally within a consulting or large organizational environment.
  • Prior involvement in ERP or enterprise technology rollouts (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday).
  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complexity into clarity.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; comfortable working in ambiguity.
  • Experience on global, multicultural projects with cross-time zone collaboration.
  • High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and initiative.
Desirable:
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
  • Familiarity with human centred design or design thinking methodologies.
  • Multilingual capabilities.
