Position Type: ContractualJob Responsibilities:Safety Culture Report anomalies as per the company and department Key Performance Indicator; Complete online HSE courses as assigned; Actions assigned (for PSW) from Weekly Management walk downs either in progress or completed; Attend internal HSE drills per year as assign on the Key Performance Indicator; Limit spills (20L) from PSW teams per year; To assure actions assigned in HSE Tracker to assigned area are updated (actions without SR / WO will not be penalized);To ensure the warehouse adhere to the safety regulations as stipulated by the HSE department Enforce good housekeeping in the warehouse at all times. Implement the new covid – 19 safety regulations as stipulated by the UAE authorities.Perform a daily forklift safety inspection firs thing in the morning Report anomalies every year as assign on the Key Performance Indicator; Complete online HSE courses as assigned; Actions assigned (for PSW) from Weekly Management walk downs either in progress or completed;Attend internal HSE drills per year as assign on the Key Performance Indicator; Limit spills (20L) from PSW teams per year;To assure actions assigned in HSE Tracker to assigned area are updated (actions without SR / WO will not be penalized); To lead at least one Tool Box Talks per month on any subject of choice.Warehouse Inventory and Tools Management To perform and or supervise for any works related but not limited to warehouse building, and ooil and chemical storage area. that tend to building modification, improvement or repair; Inspection and receive new deliveries ing within 7 working days after delivering.Submit the ; the inspection of any receive should be done rapidly, inspection report should be done within 8 days after receiving. less than 7 days after delivery; No 0 stock on plant chemicals; based on MAXIMO stock, it is acceptable to go under the minimum, but not acceptable to reach 0 stock;Manage the stock levels in the warehouse as per the minimum and maximum stock levels in Maximo. He will participate in emergency drills and if necessary will be trained in first aid and firefighting techniques. Ensure that the Plant Chemical requirement by operation team has been deliver on time as per the requested in Maximo. on them in the CMMS system. Create/prepare the purchase requisition for the stock items base on the minimum and maximum stock quantity level using the Maximo system. Prepare the materials, spares and consumables base on the booking done by maintenance discipline and other department in daily basis.
