- Client Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, social media platforms, email, and text.
- CRM Management: Keep client data and sales activities up-to-date in the CRM.
- Sales Support: Create & amend proposals depending on project requirements, and ensure all documents are processed and signed in a timely manner. Assist with other administration tasks as necessary.
- Document Organisation: Save & organise client documents in shared folders, coordinating with the admin team to keep files current.
- Collaboration with Marketing: Work with Marketing to track lead sources and assess the effectiveness of campaigns. Create company profiles & portfolios for sales pitches. Occasionally assist with Marketing Administration work
- Reporting & Coordination: Attend daily sales meetings, assist with progress reports, and update the team on client activities.
- Experience in sales administration, preferably in interior design or a related creative/construction field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and general sales processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond promptly to client needs.
