Job Title:Clinical Psychologist Locations:Dubai,UAEDepartments:Mental Health Services (Adult/Forensic) Role Overview:We are seeking experienced and qualified Clinical Psychologists (Forensic) to join our growing mental health services team. The role will primarily focus on delivering high-quality psychological care to an Emirati population (18+), with a strong preference for Arabic-speaking professionals.Key Responsibilities:Provide psychological assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for adult patients (18+)Deliver culturally sensitive care tailored to the Emirati populationManage a diverse caseload including complex mental health conditionsWork collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamContribute to service development and new project initiativesMaintain accurate clinical documentation and reportsAdhere to professional, ethical, and regulatory standardsAdditional Responsibilities (Forensic – as applicable):Provide services within Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services, where requiredConduct risk assessments and provide intervention in forensic-related casesSupport development of specialized programs for forensic populationsEssential Requirements:Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or equivalent qualificationValid professional license/eligibility to practice in the UAE (DHA/DOH/MOH)Proven experience working with adult mental health populationsStrong clinical assessment and therapeutic skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred Requirements:Arabic (preferred)Experience working with Emirati or Middle Eastern populationsExperience in forensic psychologyKey Competencies:Cultural competence and sensitivityAbility to manage complex clinical casesStrong teamwork and collaboration skillsHigh ethical and professional standards
