As a Plumber, you will ensure that all plumbing systems throughout the hotel operate efficiently and safely, supporting the luxury standards that define our brand.What will I be doing?
As Plumber, you will:Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of all plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and sewage.Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, valves, pumps, water heaters, and sanitary systems.Respond promptly to guest room and public area maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption.Diagnose leaks, blockages, or malfunctions and resolve them effectively.Support water conservation and sustainability initiatives by ensuring systems operate efficiently.Inspect and test plumbing systems regularly to maintain compliance with safety and environmental standards.Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.Monitor plumbing-related inventory and request spare parts as needed.Collaborate with the wider Engineering team to complete projects and upgrades.Perform additional tasks as required to ensure smooth hotel operations.What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have:Previous experience as a Plumber, preferably within luxury hospitality or large facilities.Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and repair techniques.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.A commitment to safety, efficiency, and attention to detail.Flexibility to work shifts and respond to emergencies.A team-oriented approach and a positive attitude.Why join LXR?
