- Design and enhance Tabadul post-trade infrastructure
- Develop and optimize DVP (Delivery versus Payment) and Custodian models
- Support implementation of cross-border settlement frameworks
- Establish operational procedures for clearing and settlement activities
- Design the framework for CCP integration across participating markets
- Coordinate with custodians, clearing houses, exchanges, and regulators
- Develop post-trade processes for new asset classes
- Define operational workflows for trade confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation.
- 10+ years’ experience in post-trade operations, clearing, settlement, or custody
- Strong knowledge of DVP models, custodianship, and clearing structures
- Experience working with CCPs, exchanges, custodians, and regulators
- Knowledge of cross-border settlement mechanisms
- Clearing and settlement infrastructure
- Post-trade operational design
- Custodian and DVP model structuring
- Risk management in post-trade processes
