Conduct comprehensive evaluations and diagnose a wide range of ear, nose, and throat disorders.
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans based on patient history, examinations, and diagnostic findings.
Perform ENT surgical procedures including tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, sinus surgeries, and related interventions in line with international standards.
Utilize advanced medical equipment and technologies to deliver safe and effective patient care.
Collaborate closely with radiologists, pathologists, anesthetists, and other specialists to ensure accurate diagnosis and optimal treatment outcomes.
Educate patients and their families on medical conditions, treatment options, recovery plans, and preventive care.
Supervise, mentor, and train junior medical staff, residents, and interns to support clinical development.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records in accordance with legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements.
Participate in continuous professional development, conferences, workshops, and quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, infection control protocols, and hospital policies.Ideal Profile
Medical degree from an accredited institution.
Board Certification in Otolaryngology.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant ENT.
Western education or postgraduate training is mandatory.
Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
Strong leadership, clinical decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in a multicultural environment.
