- Lead and supervise the on-site engineering and inspection teams to ensure efficient execution of large-scale building projects
- Oversee construction activities to maintain compliance with approved drawings, specifications and contract requirements
- Conduct regular inspections of workmanship and materials to ensure quality assurance standards are met
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submissions and technical change orders
- Manage project budgets, schedules and resource allocation to meet milestones and delivery targets
- Coordinate with clients, contractors and consultants to resolve technical and operational challenges
- Ensure full compliance with UAE building codes, safety regulations and environmental standards
- Implement sustainable construction practices and support LEED certification processes where applicable
- Utilize BIM tools to enhance coordination, visualization and project performance
- Prepare detailed technical reports and progress updates for senior stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers and promote continuous improvement within the project team
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, Master's Degree preferred
- Minimum 20 years of experience managing large-scale building engineering projects
- Strong background in high-rise and complex developments within the Middle East
- In-depth knowledge of UAE construction standards, regulatory frameworks and quality control procedures
- Proven leadership experience in multidisciplinary construction environments
- Advanced project management skills including budget and schedule control
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
