Senior Resident Engineer - Major Building Projects - AECOM - Abu Dhabi, UAE

• Lead and supervise the on-site engineering and inspection teams to ensure efficient execution of large-scale building projects
• Oversee construction activities to maintain compliance with approved drawings, specifications and contract requirements
• Conduct regular inspections of workmanship and materials to ensure quality assurance standards are met
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submissions and technical change orders
• Manage project budgets, schedules and resource allocation to meet milestones and delivery targets
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and consultants to resolve technical and operational challenges
• Ensure full compliance with UAE building codes, safety regulations and environmental standards
• Implement sustainable construction practices and support LEED certification processes where applicable
