Lead all worksstream assessment, feasibility, architecture design and ICD
Joint workshops with Client entities
Field inventory
2-3 architecture options
Works stream gap & feasibility reports
Development of RFP packages
Lead workstream evaluation

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical/Telecom/Control Engineering
12+ years in transmission OT/SCADA/telecoms
Strong SCMS/RTU/WAMS/PQMS/EDL experience
Load-dispatch environment knowledge
Familiarity with IEC 60870-5-104, IEC 61850, ICCP, DNP3
TQT/transmission utility background
