Job Description:Job Title: Store Sales Associate (Russian Speaking)Location: DubaiIndustry: Retail / Luxury FashionKey Responsibilities:o Provide a personalized luxury shopping experience to each client.o Assist and guide Russian-speaking customers with expert product knowledge and attentive service.o Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals and KPIs.o Develop strong client relationships to drive customer loyalty and retention.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, trends, and brand heritage.o Confidently communicate product features, benefits, and styling suggestions.o Ensure the store is beautifully presented in line with brand standards.o Support daily visual merchandising tasks, including stock replenishment and displays.o Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.o Handle returns, exchanges, and customer issues in line with company policies.o Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and back-of-house operations.Requirements:
Experience:
o Minimum 5–7 years of experience in luxury retail or fashion sales.o Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Skills:
o Fluent in Russian and English (both spoken and written).o Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.o Strong sense of fashion, styling, and client engagement.
