Full Job Description· Provide full admin support to the team and department.· Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties.· Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required.· Provide Front desk reception duties for the office which includes handling of all phone calls and manage internal & external customers timely and professionally.· Receive and greet all visitors in a professional and warm manner.· Collect and distribute all incoming mail and courier items.· Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of two years of experience in an area related to office administrative support.· Professional manner and excellent customer service abilities required.· Excellent skills in the areas of organization, attention to detail, time management, ability to manage multiple tasks, define and set priorities and problem solve.· Ability to take initiative with projects to work both independently and as a team member.· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)· Required Emirati National· Can join immediately· 25-35 years of age· Required Female ApplicantJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: From AED7,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:
