  • Lead end-to-end operations of digital platforms, post-transition.
  • Define and execute operational strategy aligned with transformation goals.
  • Govern SLAs, OLAs, and ensure ITSM and security compliance.
  • Oversee Maintenance & Operations and Release & Deployment teams.
  • Ensure platform readiness, documentation, and secure go-lives.
  • Drive automation, observability, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder coordination.
Leadership opportunity within a fast-moving government organisationMust have senior IT ops experience within large-scale or govt environments
  • 12+ years in IT operations, digital platforms, or infrastructure.
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM, SLAs/OLAs, and compliance frameworks.
  • Proven experience with large-scale deployments and service delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • ITIL Foundation certification (mandatory); additional certifications preferred.
