- Provide immediate medical care, first aid, and treatment for camp residents and staff.
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions; maintain accurate medical records.
- Manage and dispense prescribed medications as per regulations.
- Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate evacuation/transfer to hospitals if required.
- Conduct routine health checks, wellness monitoring, and promote preventive healthcare.
- Support camp management in implementing health, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Educate staff and residents on health, safety, and disease prevention.
- Monitor and maintain the medical clinic, supplies, and equipment in working condition.
- Assist in health-related documentation, reporting, and compliance with company/HSE policies.
- Liaise with external hospitals, clinics, and medical providers when higher-level care is required.
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Nursing.
- Valid nursing license/registration in home country.
- Minimum 5-6 years of clinical experience (emergency or occupational health preferred).
- Previous camp, remote site, or industrial experience is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of first aid, CPR, and emergency response protocols.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a multicultural and remote environment.
- Willingness to work in remote project sites or camp environments.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with multicultural work environments.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Team player with good communication skills.
