- Act as the point of contact between the family and internal/external individuals
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- To ensure all relevant materials including briefing packs are produced in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring the family always have the relevant material ahead of any meeting or trip
- Coordinate meetings and calls, often over several time zones
- Take dictation and minutes
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Excellent research abilities
- Run errands as requested
- Source office and home supplies
- Devise and maintain office filing system and manage databases
- Reminding the family of important tasks and deadlines
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and visitors
