We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Landscape Project Manager / Engineer to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of landscape projects. This role requires technical expertise in landscape engineering, strong project management skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management
  • Plan, manage, and deliver landscape projects from concept to completion.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Monitor progress, ensure quality control, and resolve site issues.
  • Design & Technical Oversight
  • Review design drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
  • Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and suppliers for technical approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental standards, and safety requirements.
  • Site Supervision
  • Lead and manage site execution teams to ensure proper implementation of works.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to drawings and specifications.
  • Oversee subcontractors, material deliveries, and installation quality.
  • Stakeholder Coordination
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Prepare and present project updates, progress reports, and handover documentation.
  • Manage client expectations and maintain strong professional relationships.
