Sales Executive (Leisure)

- Meet sales revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis for all business units
- Solicits wholesale and leisure business from all markets through action plan preparation and execution
- Participates in road shows and promotional events within the hotel and trade related organizations
- Orchestrate all arrangements for qualified site inspections and familiarization trips
- Sustain positive relationships with all local DMC’s, tour operators, heartist and AH global sales network
- Maintains account, contact, activity and business details within Anais
- Prepares daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, as required
- Compiles marketing and competitive intelligence information and provide pricing strategy within the designated market of expertise
- Extend support to the leisure and group sales team beyond the designated market of expertise
- Balance operational, administrative and heartist needs
- Follow department policies and procedures
- Other tasks as assigned
- Minimum High School Diploma, Business School and/or Hotel School Diploma preferred.
- Minimum one year experience in Leisure segment, knowledge of markets, prices points and strategy.
- Candidate must have flexible schedule and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be results oriented, enthusiastic and a strong team player
- Must be able to prioritize, organize and be self-efficient.
- Computer knowledge of Windows 2003 (Excel, PowerPoint and Word, Access) Opera Sales & Catering
- Must be flexible in terms of working hours especially during peak periods.
- Must possess good Sales skills, guest service skills, professional presentation and sophisticated communication skills.
- Proficient in English language (Verbal and written), second language is an asset.
