- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and pricing.
- Prepare and issue Requests for Quotations (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and Invitations to Bid (ITBs)
- Develop procurement policies and strategies, optimizing cost efficiency, and ensuring alignment with long-term organizational objective
- Develop procurement SLA for internal relationships
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer or Bachelor in Business Management
