Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, screening and directing communication appropriately.- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.- Coordinate and oversee special projects and events as assigned by the CEO, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.- Conduct research and compile data as requested by the CEO to support decision-making processes.- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.- Manage and prioritize incoming requests and ensure timely responses.- Assist with personal tasks and errands for the CEO as needed.Location: Dubai, UAESalary: 7000 AED per month
