- Lead the design of large- and small-scale supply chain solutions as part of the RFQ process.
- Develop customer proposal concepts including process flow diagrams, KPIs, and facility layouts.
- Collaborate with business development, account management, and operations teams during solution development.
- Present technical solutions to customers through proposals, calls, and presentations.
- Transition RFQ concepts into detailed designs during the launch phase.
- Support and lead new business launches including master data creation, process validation, infrastructure works, and contractor management.
- Ensure technical and engineering elements are delivered to high quality standards and timelines.
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
- Lean and Six Sigma certification preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive insights.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, and project management tools.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D and 3D solution designs.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to manage clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven project management and operational experience.
- Change management expertise and ability to lead implementation effectively.
