Senior Plant Operator - ADNOC Group - Abu Dhabi, UAE

• Operate and control assigned plant units in line with Standard Operating Procedures
• Monitor control panels and adjust temperatures, pressures, speeds, and flow rates during normal and emergency conditions
• Log operational incidents and coordinate with Supervisors for corrective actions
• Conduct routine equipment checks and arrange maintenance for abnormalities
• Prepare plant systems for maintenance and ensure proper synchronization with other units
• Utilize Integrated Control System capabilities to enhance plant efficiency and product quality
• Authorize work permits and supervise contractor activities in compliance with safety standards
• Act as Auxiliary Fireman or Site Safety Officer during emergencies as per Facility Response Plan
• Ensure chemicals are handled, prepared, and dosed correctly in line with HSE procedures
• Maintain accurate operational records and ensure effective shift handovers
• Prevent escalation of plant upsets through timely operational intervention and coordination

• Technical Diploma in relevant field or Secondary School Certificate with vocational trade certification
• Minimum 6 years of experience in plant operations within a large oil and gas industrial facility
• Strong knowledge of process control systems and plant start-up and shutdown procedures
• Experience with permit to work systems and contractor supervision
• Solid understanding of HSE and emission control requirements
