- 6+ years of relevant experience in managing personal care/grooming products within the UAE/GCC region.
- Proven track record in channel sales, product lifecycle management, and coordination with global and regional principals.
- Strong business acumen with experience in handling category-level P&L and performance metrics.
- Deep understanding of retail dynamics, distributor models, and trade marketing strategies across key UAE retailers.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams, including promoters and merchandisers.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience with grooming and personal care appliances is preferred.
- UAE market experience is mandatory; broader GCC experience will be an added advantage.
