Senior PerfumerDubai, DUThis is a chance to take on a leading position at a brand new creative centre in Dubai working for one of the most innovative fragrance houses in the world.A business who operate internationally across F&F and run their own perfumery school nurturing fresh talent in to the industry.As a key member of their fragrance creation team, you will be responsible for designing and developing distinctive fragrances, mainly for fine fragrances.A deep understanding of Middle Eastern olfactive preferences and mastery of oriental fragrance structures with a global trend perspective are essential.You will work closely with evaluators, the sales team, and the marketing team to create the best solutions for client needs and market demands.The Role:Fragrance Creation:

Develop fragrances with a focus on Middle Eastern and oriental olfactive profiles that are in line with global trends.
Adjust and refine formulas based on application, cost, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
Use creativity and technical expertise to balance olfactive appeal with application compatibility.

Collaboration:

Partner with the fragrance sales team, evaluators, application lab, and marketing team in collaboration with global Headquarters to ensure project success.

Market Intelligence:

Stay informed of global and regional olfactive trends, ingredient innovations, and consumer insights.
Continuously research regional and global fragrance trends, emphasising Middle Eastern markets.
Contribute to internal creative brainstorming and trend forecasting sessions.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all fragrance formulations comply with regulations and internal safety standards.

Ideal Candidate:

Degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or Perfumery from a recognised institution or perfumery school.
Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience as a Perfumer, including proven success with Middle Eastern fragrance compositions.
Demonstrated expertise in oriental notes. Strong creative vision combined with a rigorous technical approach.
Experience in the Middle Eastern market and regional fragrance preferences.
Very Good English communication skills
