We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to manage, support, and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our systems, supporting day-to-day operations and implementing improvements.Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and computer systems.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
Maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures.
Ensure the security of the infrastructure by applying patches, updates, and security policies.
Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades.
Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Assist in planning and implementing IT projects and initiatives.
Support end-users with technical issues and training.
Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory policies.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments.
Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
Familiarity with network protocols, firewalls, and security.
Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Certified, Cisco CCNA) are advantageous.
