PICU Nurse Manager - Abu Dhabi.We are currently recruiting a PICU Nurse Manager for a well-established and highly reputable hospital in Abu Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the leading healthcare institutions in the United Arab Emirates.Renowned for its commitment to patient safety, medical education, and clinical excellence, the hospital is recognised as a centre of excellence across multiple medical specialties and is now expanding its paediatric services.Key Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (minimum 3-year duration)
Master's Degree in Nursing
Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in Level 3 PICU
Minimum 3 years' experience in a managerial or leadership role
Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills

Salary & Benefits
