Job Description:Position Name - Public Relations Officer ( JAFZA)Salary - AED 10,000Nationality: Any INDIAN, PAKISTANI and any South AsianYrs of Exp: 8-10 yrsShould know the JAFZA related laws / & Mainland rules ®ulations.Arabic Speaking will be added advantageResponsibilities: Responsible to complete residence formalities such as medical checkup, fingerprints,medical insurance for all new employees of Company timely. Coordinate employment / visit visas and health cards issuance. Makes sure all business and trade Licenses are updated, follow-up official approvals andpermits, to prevent unnecessary violations. Submit weekly updates to Admin Officer on visa status (with visa tracing system). Schedule staff’s visa, medical, coordinating with other internal and externa departments Responding to staff queries on Visa/ Labor/ Passport related matters. Ensure all visa, medical and labor permits are up to date and arrange a timely renewal
