- Plan, organize and implement sports tryouts, training sessions, intramurals and friendly games.
- Organizing many sports events & competitions.
- Motivate students to take part in sports teams.
- Determine the needs and capabilities of sports teams.
- Supervise and assist sports coaches. And following up with their contracts.
- Monitor physical, technical and tactical progress of the team's members.
- Encourage good sportsmanship.
- Assist with the development of all Competitive Sports policies and regulations.
- Assist in keep and coordinate master calendar of all Competitive Sports calendar events and meeting times.
- Accurately complete and organize all soft/paperwork.
- Assist in promoting and recruiting Competitive Sports members.
- Communicate effectively with sports teams' members.
- Maintains constant surveillance of sports teams in the sports facilities & in the outside competitions, acts immediately and appropriately to secure the safety of patrons in the event of an emergency.
- Emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services.
- Must adhere to using protective equipment when intervening in the event of incident or emergency.
- Preparations and maintains appropriate activity reports. This is not limited to, but including filling out incident report forms. If an incident with a Athlete occurs, their information must be written (including student) on an incident report along and report to the reception if necessary.
- Enforce rules related to conduct, attire, and participation in the competitions.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned including removing/putting in the net of the badminton, Volleyball Also Scheduling the training time for the sports teams and sports activities setup.
- Performs various maintenance duties for the sports facilities directed to maintain a clean and safe facility.
- Write reports on participation and progress of participants.
- Maintain an organized filing system and database of participants.
- Minimum Education Requirement: Physical education degree is required or diploma
- Certifications in First Aid, (Provided if needed).
- A minimum of Three - five years of previous experience.
- Ability to react calmly and efficiently in emergency situations.
- Skill in the application as Sports Activities Supervisor.
- Experience in working with sports activities.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical skill evaluation as stipulated by the department.
- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
- Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions.
- Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Must have basic proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
- Presence in internal\external playgrounds is required.
- Physical effort required.
- Exposure to physical risk.
