The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing vehicle and automotive product sales by identifying customer needs, guiding the sales team in offering suitable solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. The role involves overseeing showroom sales operations, supervising client follow-ups and test drive coordination, and spearheading the achievement of monthly sales targets. The position is primarily focused on leading the sales operations for our newly introduced Luxury Electric Vehicle brand - AITO - while coordinating with international partners and supply channels.AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY - BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIESCustomer Engagement & Sales
- Oversee the sales team in engaging customers, assessing their needs, and recommending suitable vehicles and financing options.
- Ensure the team delivers effective vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations.
- Monitor and drive the team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets for vehicles, accessories, insurance, and financing.
- Supervise lead management and follow-up activities generated through walk-ins, calls, and digital platforms.
- Review and approve quotations, proforma invoices, and sales contracts in coordination with the finance and admin team.
- Ensure all required documents (IDs, payment receipts, registration forms) are accurately collected and submitted.
- Oversee customer relationship activities to encourage repeat sales, service reminders, and feedback collection.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the pre-sale and post-sale processes.
- Ensure the team remains updated on vehicle specifications, pricing, promotions, and competitor products.
- Coordinate participation in training sessions and product launches to maintain strong product knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in automotive sales and team supervision (new or pre-owned vehicles).
- Proven track record of leading sales teams and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales software (e.g., Autoline, Salesforce, DMS) for managing sales performance and team pipelines.
- Strong product knowledge of vehicles, features, financing options, and emerging Chinese automotive brands.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills, with fluency in Arabic required.
- Ability to oversee quotations, lead management, documentation processes, and coordinate with global supply chains.
