- Drive Global Markets product sales to large corporates within the Corporate and Commercial Banking Group segment
- Meet individual and team revenue, margin, and volume targets across assigned portfolios
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through tailored solutions and proactive engagement
- Price, structure, and sell multi-asset class products including FX, FX Options, Interest Rate Derivatives, Commodities, Equities, TRS, and Islamic Products
- Collaborate with internal teams including Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Documentation to ensure seamless transaction execution
- Maintain 100% compliance with all operational and regulatory standards
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and optimize client FX flows to increase wallet share
- Respond to client inquiries with high levels of service to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies aligned with market conditions and client needs
- Utilize systems such as Bloomberg, Murex, and Super Derivatives for pricing and structuring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of banking experience, with at least 8 years in financial markets and direct client-facing roles
- Strong knowledge of Global Markets products, pricing models, and client sales processes
- Proficient in Murex, Bloomberg, and other financial systems for pricing and analytics
- Team player with excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure, manage complex client portfolios, and drive results
- Regional or foreign language skills are a plus
