Requirements
  • Fluency in Russian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in ticketing and reservation within the travel industry.
  • Proficiency with global distribution systems (GDS) such as Amadeus or Sabre.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
