- Deliver Leadership and Public Speaking instruction within the Scholars Program, Summer Academy, and PhD Pathways initiatives
- Design, evaluate, and refine curriculum materials aligned with program goals
- Coordinate guest speakers, leadership workshops, and experiential learning activities
- Mentor students in public presentation, communication strategies, and professional development
- Support recruitment and selection processes for upcoming program cohorts
- Supervise students during academic events, co-curricular activities, and international trips
- Lead and support graduate school advising including interview preparation and application coaching
- Identify scholarships and postgraduate opportunities for students and alumni
- Contribute to the Annual Performance Review process and program reporting
- Collaborate with university departments to enhance interdisciplinary learning opportunities
- Develop alumni engagement strategies including newsletters, social media content, and networking initiatives
- Maintain alumni dashboards and strengthen mentorship connections between alumni and current participants
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Education, Public Relations, Psychology, or related field
- Advanced degree preferred in Communication, Education, or related discipline
- Public speaking and leadership development certifications preferred
- Experience teaching communication or leadership courses at high school or university level
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development and experiential learning methods
- Ability to mentor students in presentation skills and leadership practices
