Job Description:Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing and managing the utilization and maintenance of technical equipment and software, ensuring optimal performance in areas related to training, sales, and business development.
  • Develop plans for asset utilization, upgrades, and expansion to align with academy goals.
  • Maintain and manage comprehensive databases of corporate and individual clients, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.
  • Support sales processes and provide comprehensive after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Foster and maintain effective industrial links, contributing to the growth and expansion of the academy.
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities, presenting the academy in a positive light.
  • Provide training and support to students and staff, enhancing practical use of assets.
  • Support content development for courses and programs, ensuring relevance and quality.
  • Offer dedicated support to students, fostering a conducive learning environment.
  • Coordinate with finance for invoicing, collection, and contribute to budgeting and procurement plans.
  • Provide operational support in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other platforms.
  • Assist in conducting research projects that contribute to the enhancement of sales strategies, learning methodologies, and business development initiatives.
  • Actively seek ways to improve course content, format, and delivery, recommending enhancements to the Director and implementing approved changes.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with corporates, identifying their training needs and aligning academy offerings to meet those needs.
  • Actively promote the academy's corporate training programs, contributing to the growth and expansion of the corporate training business through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  • Regularly report key training information, outcomes, and client feedback to relevant stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making and continuous improvement of training programs.
  • Ensure all student training activities comply with relevant health and safety regulations, fostering a secure and conducive learning environment.
  • Diligently adhere to and enforce all applicable policies during the execution of duties to safeguard both students and assets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, adapting to the evolving needs of the academy.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or Equivalent relevant vocational qualification
  • Appropriate experience.
