- Have good knowledge of food preparation techniques and menu contents
- Be familiar with the use of all electrical, mechanical equipment in the kitchen and observes the safety precautions at all times
- Practice the hygiene and sanitation procedures in line with the hotel policies
- Diploma / certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent is preferred
- Experience working in a Vietnamese restaurant or a 5* hotel
- Passion for Food & Beverage, creative with attention to details
- Conversational English
- Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends
