The role plays a critical part in maintaining seamless procurement operations across multiple markets while developing high-performing teams and improving procurement maturity. It ensures business continuity by managing supplier relationships, overseeing procurement execution, and aligning cross-market practices to support scalable growth.Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee procurement operations across multiple regional markets ensuring consistent execution
  • Manage CAPEX and OPEX procurement activities including sourcing, tendering, and contract management
  • Act as the escalation point for procurement challenges and operational issues
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance standards, and reporting frameworks
  • Standardize procurement processes across markets to improve efficiency and reduce inconsistencies
  • Monitor supplier performance, operational risks, and procurement delivery metrics
  • Lead onboarding, training, and development of procurement teams across regions
  • Drive knowledge sharing initiatives to strengthen procurement capabilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and legal
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years of procurement experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong experience managing procurement across multiple countries in the MENA region
  • Proven expertise in sourcing, RFQs, contract negotiations, and supplier management
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Coupa
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership capabilities
