- 5-7 years of relevant experience, including exposure to retail or FMCG environments
- Strong commercial understanding with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Effective communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement
- Organized and structured approach to managing multiple priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced business environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
