- Manage 𝗲𝗻𝗱-𝘁𝗼-𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗹𝘂𝗲-𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿/𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘆-𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Conduct and oversee 𝗼𝗻-𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻𝘀 in source countries (India, Nepal, Bangladesh, etc.).
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through agencies, local networks, and direct sourcing methods.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
- Prepare and manage recruitment reports and trackers.
- 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Minimum 4–7 years of hands-on 𝗯𝗹𝘂𝗲-𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿/𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘆-𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 in 𝗨𝗔𝗘.
- Proven experience in conducting 𝗼𝗻-𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 (not just office-based).
- Strong understanding of overseas recruitment processes, documentation, and mobilization.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
