- Act as the first point of contact for all communication, both internal and external, for the executives
- Manage and maintain the executives' schedules, including arranging meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the executives
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings
- Conduct research and gather information as requested by the executives
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion
- Assist in managing and prioritizing incoming emails and correspondence
- Act as a liaison between the executives and other team members, clients, and external stakeholders
- Prepare and submit expense reports on behalf of the executives
- Attend meetings and take minutes when necessary
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and ordering office supplies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of UAE culture and business practices is an advantage
