  • Supervise and coordinate all health and safety activities within the facility
  • Prepare, implement, and maintain health and safety checklists
  • Ensure all workers wear appropriate personal protective equipment
  • Monitor timeliness and discipline during working hours and breaks
  • Conduct daily inspections inside the facility and around the perimeter to identify hazards and near-miss risks
  • Coordinate corrective actions with supervisors and management
  • Maintain discipline and workplace harmony in coordination with supervisors and managers
  • Report any indiscipline, unsafe, disruptive, or dishonest conduct to management
  • Assist in organizing and conducting health and safety training, awareness programs, and safety induction sessions
  • Record and maintain incident and accident reports
  • Inspect, maintain, and document safety equipment and tools, arranging periodic inspections and repairs
  • Manage first aid kits, maintain stock records, and provide first aid assistance when required
  • Participate in evacuation drills and lead emergency evacuations with designated teams
  • Ensure emergency exits are accessible and properly maintained
  • Monitor high-risk activities and enforce safety control measures
  • Implement waste management, housekeeping, and workplace hygiene systems
  • Perform other duties assigned by the department head as required
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • NEBOSH or IOSH certification
  • Mid-level experience in health and safety roles within logistics, warehousing, or industrial environments
  • Energetic and physically fit with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent people management and discipline handling skills
  • Self-disciplined, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
