- Lead and manage the business development & sales across defined areas of responsibility.
- Analyse targeted verticals, generate leads & convert to sales within assigned territory.
- Conduct research to understand customer needs, and emerging opportunities in the F&B maintenance sector.
- Use financial techniques to improve sales revenue, reducing scoped cost base, increase sold margin.
- Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate & BU goals are being met.
- Assist with tracking all business-related invoices for finance record.
- Build, develop and manage pipeline in excess of annual sales target ensuring achievement of objectives.
- Ensure junior team are supported, measured and accountable against individual sales / revenue target.
- Proactively engage with clients to identify potential business opportunities and implement actions to position the company with a competitive edge.
- Responsible to negotiate contracts and terms that benefit the organization while also satisfying the needs of the client or partner.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations for potential clients during meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- Meet or exceed targets for client outreach activities, including calls, meetings, and appointments, while achieving annual sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Have established network and pipeline of prospective clients in and around the UAE F&B sector including owners, operators, chef's, GM's and similar.
- Ensure the maintenance and regular updating of service offering packages so they remain relevant to market dynamics.
- Maintain a detailed database of prospective clients using CRM tools (e.g., Excel, Salesforce).
- Maintain strict adherence to contractual, legal, and legislative obligations at all times.
- Provide accurate contract information to the operations team and Call Center to ensure efficient service delivery for new and renewed contracts.
- Ensure compliance with the company's branding policy in all submissions and business proposals, both internally and externally.
- Train junior sales professionals and help improve their skills
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Be involved in the innovation and digital transformation initiatives for the division, identifying and implementing new technologies and process improvements.
- Drive the adoption of digital tools and platforms to enhance client engagement, service delivery, and internal efficiency.
- 5 + years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Commercial, and Operations, preferably within F&B maintenance or broader F&B industry in a sales / account management capacity.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
- Fluent / Native English Language
- Proven track record in leading teams, managing financials.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated success in driving innovation and implementing digital transformation projects.
- Energetic, goal-oriented, and confident in engaging with C-level executives.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and time-management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM software like salesforce knowledge is an advantage.
