• Advise clients on the technical aspects of their cloud journey, including different cloud models and advise on the most suitable cloud service solutions.
• Assist clients in developing their cloud strategy, taking into account their business objectives, IT landscape, and budget.
• Advise Sales, Marketing and Service Delivery team on the deliverables of services projects by developing detailed scopes of work, and clearly present complex ideas and solutions.

• Manage strategic enterprise and government accounts, and develop relations with key decision makers to secure large-scale deals and develop long-term partnerships

• Identify different opportunities for cross sell and upsell trough having the proper technology heatmap and account planning with sales team.

• Design secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud architectures that meet clients' requirements and adhere to industry best practices.
• Develop the technical architecture, scope of work and design of cloud and hybrid environments
• Script technical proposals/responses for Cloud/Managed Services opportunities
• Maintain, configure, and operate components of cloud environments
• Coordinate with the service delivery team to ensure the customer expectations is met
• Ensure the security of cloud architectures, in compliance with data privacy regulations and other relevant standards.
• Optimize the performance of the cloud architectures by using cloud-native services and implementing best practice.

• Develop different technical materials and Educate customers on the value of Bespin Global proposition
• Perform webinars on emerging cloud technologies
• Conduct proof of concept's and implement pilot projects to support different cloud features & services

• Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners to enhance collaboration and sales opportunities.
• Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
• Act as customer consultant of the new trends and services and advise on the best model to adopt while launching a new service
• Act as missionaries for the products & services set in discussions with potential customers & partners to direct opinions and inspire action

• Bachelor's degree in cyber security, Computer Science, IT, or any related field

• Azure Solutions Architect - Expert, AWS Solutions Architect - Professional, GCP Professional Cloud Architect (at least one certification Is mandatory)
• ITIL V4 (preferred)
• Cloud Network Specialty
• Cloud Security Specialty

• Security: Security solutions (Firewalls, WAF, IPS/IDS, DLP, NDR, SIEM, etc.
• Apps Modernization: Azure PaaS, Containers, Azure Kubernetes Services and Serverless services
• Cloud Infrastructure: Application Proxy, Azure AD B2C & B2B, Azure AD Apps, MFA, Conditional Access, Azure AD PIM
